Valendo Health announced on July 26, 2026 that it has completed a $14.5 million Series A financing round. BCM Bruker Capital Management GmbH led the round, with participation from RIKX Capital, A195 Capital, 49th Fund and individual investors James Watt and Christoph Janz.
Valendo Health is a specialty medication technology and services company led by co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Ogi Kavazovic. The company helps independent community practices establish medically integrated dispensing capabilities, enabling patients to receive more coordinated pharmacy services through clinical teams they already know. The model brings physicians, pharmacists and care coordinators into a shared service process.
Specialty medication treatment often involves prior authorization, financial support, prescription fulfillment, medication delivery, ongoing outreach and quality management. Complex and fragmented processes can delay access to therapy and create additional administrative work for clinical practices. Valendo Health combines a technology platform with pharmacy expertise and patient support services to help practices manage these activities more effectively.
Built around specialty medication workflows by pharmacists, physicians and technologists, the Valendo Health platform supports prior authorization, financial counseling, fulfillment tools, scalable patient communications and real-time analytics. It can also connect with electronic health record systems, allowing clinical teams and Valendo Health pharmacists to coordinate essential workflows and operational information with the goal of improving efficiency and the patient experience.
The financing provides Valendo Health with additional capital support as it continues to strengthen its platform and service capabilities. As practices seek more effective ways to manage specialty medication services, medically integrated dispensing offers a path for incorporating pharmacy operations into the broader course of patient care. Valendo Health aims to use this model to help patients obtain needed therapies more promptly and to advance a specialty pharmacy experience that is more local, trusted and cost-effective.
Six investors participated in the round. BCM served as lead investor, while RIKX Capital, A195 Capital, 49th Fund, James Watt and Christoph Janz also participated.
